How much does shipping cost?

Do you ship to my country or state/province?
We provide reliable delivery services to North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Moreover, we extend our shipping services to numerous other countries as well.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We make every effort to ship your items promptly. Typically, it takes 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched.
You can expect your tracking number to be updated within 1-2 days after your order ships. If you haven't received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at lacelullabyco@gmail.com. We're here to assist you.

Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing during Holiday Delivery Times. Orders are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and the actual delivery time may vary. During periods of high demand or transportation issues, shipping times may be extended. In such instances, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
I received a damaged product, what can I do?
We offer a free reshipment for any defective or damaged products upon receipt. Customers have 15 days after delivery to inform us about their damaged product. Email us at lacelullabyco@gmail.com with images of the damaged product (the entire product must be presented in the images for the proof to be viable).
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us at lacelullabyco@gmail.com as soon as possible. However if your order has already been processed, it will not be possible to modify the address nor cancel the order/offer refund. Always make sure to enter your correct address when placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, contact our support team lacelullabyco@gmail.com as soon as possible. However if your order is already processed, we will not be able to cancel the order. Note that the order processing can be quick and it is our customer service team who have the final say on the ability to cancel the order.
